Chartres Fragment was pulled at Magnolia Editions in Oakland, CA on a flatbed transfer press. The master overlays were drawn by Harry Fritzius just prior to his death. The prints were pulled individually, one color at a time. The paper was prepared with gesso and oil paint using a technique developed by the artist in his paintings and prior prints. This project was a collaborative effort with Bruce Velick, Executor of the Estate of Harry Fritzius.
