Jimin Lee’s The Bathtub - Visions of Janus was printed at Magnolia Editions in Oakland, CA. The bathtub image was transferred from airbrushed hand drawings on mylar to pre-sensitized copper plates. The second bathtub image was made from half-toned kodalith. The additional markings and lines were done with hard ground and sugar lift.” On the left side of the third plate, a wing image was directly drawn with sugar lift. The image of birds' wings was made from half-toned kodaliths. All images were etched several times in dutch-mordant. The first plate was printed with viscosity for a white-toned background.
